The tech was able to help me walk through the process to get the software to install and work. He did a great job. Other than that it is working as it should.

The paper drawer is very cheap and feels like it is going to fall apart and doesn't have the markings in the tray to remind you what side it will print on like our old HP which was very handy. The slide out for when paper is going to print doesn't automatically come out so all the papers fall on the floor and go all over. The old HP had this feature which was nice because when you add paper you have to put it in so then it would automatically come out the next time something was printed.

Great printer for the money,

Had some problems loading the program for the printer on-line. Don't know if it was my fault but every time I started to select an item on the website it seemed to try to upload the set up info but never quite got there. Finally had to delete what was loaded and start over. The instant supply that came with the printer is really great, Already have a complete new set of cartridges on hand.
