Great upgrade to an older printer. Print, Scans and fax all in one. Works as expected

Seems to be a good one. Much faster than the old one.

System was shipped and delivery in very short time was accomplished. I had another Printer available, so I returned my purchased Printer. The return process was excellent at the Best Buy where I purchased the unit, I was very late in returning it so I got my refund in Best Buy Card. And the store took care of my original failed machine for recycle. It was a very good event for me. The employee was excellent.

Very easy to setup and connect to the WiFi. Works very well with no issues.

I would not recommend an HP printer. I purchased this one because it was the only one available during the time when all of the printer shelves were empty in 2021. It has been nothing but a problem since day 1. If I try to copy something, it takes from four to five minutes before it will copy and print. HP tech supports answer is to try to sell me a new one. Don't sign up for their instant ink program. It is a scam to take your money. The last set of ink that I purchased through this program would not work after I cancelled the program... which charges you monthly, whether you need new ink or not. Buyer beware.

Had to call HP to get the scan feature to work. The tech was able to help me walk through the process to get the software to install and work. He did a great job. Other than that it is working as it should.

This unit was a very nice upgrade from my HP Photosmart printer. Duplex printing, fast, and nice quality!

I bought this to use for WFH. The multi-function is what appealed to me most. WiFi print from anywhere works well, I have printed from my phone using the app, my daughter prints from her Chromebook and I print from my laptop. I like the scanner feed option, however the scanner is not always recognized by my laptop and the printer drops from my home network frequently. This is frustrating and to fix I need to turn everything off and turn it back on. It also only scans as jpeg, png or bmp. Instant Ink seems like it is going to be nice. With two high school aged kids at home we seemed to always run out of ink. HP have already sent me my next set of inks.

I like the way its easy to use and great on ink. would recommend to beginners to experts!
