I'm not happy with the single paper feed. Needing to change from photo to regular copy paper EVERY time is annoying. The fact that the copy feed doesn't also scan, therefore having to scan each single sheet is also annoying. Then on top of that trying to reach Best Buy to see about returning it was a total waste of a COUPLE hours on hold and online only to find out it was 2 days past the 15 day return time given. Even though they are offering longer return times now for the Holidays, so I know it CAN be done, but they won't. Sorry I made the WRONG decision to buy online and from Best Buy. Won't happen again...

Later I had in-home geek squad service come in to set up the printer and to clear up issues with my computer. Benjamin was on time, efficient and personable. He gave me great feedback to my questions and provided an enjoyable experience. I will not hesitate to have in-home service in the future. Thanks Benjamin.
