So far, I’m very happy with my purchase. Had no problem with installation. Since I’m in my 80s and not quite up to date as when I worked, that’s a positive.

Great Printer. Easy to install, easy to setup wireless pairing. Still using it to this day. Ink is cheap and easy to replace.

OMG, I love this printer. It does everything it is purported to do, and I then learned that it can also print on both sides of the page ... YAHOO!

Seems to work well so far but rarely turns itself on when you hit the print on the computer. Usually have to turn it on manually. Otherwise so far so good.

Like all HP products, it is good quality and reliable printer. The ink cartridges are a little different than previous models I've used. You have to snap off a plastic tab before you insert them and that can be tricky.

this new printer is great, It prints pretty fast and almost immediately. It doesn't sit there and take over a minute to get ready to print like my old one did. It's pretty affordable and did not break my bank. Great unit !!!

This product works well. Setup is easy and straightforward. All features function appropriately... only comment would be that the scan feature does run a little slower than I would have expected.

Excellent printer, have to monitor ink usage, cartridges are kind of small

I'm a huge fan of HP and now they that they have the ink program they have I'm really happy I found this printer. Ink ships straight to my door when it gets low. The printer let's them know when to ship it.

This Hp Printer I bought at Best Buy was great and Donnie the manager helped me tremendously. The price and features on the printer was everything I wanted.

Printer came with ink plus I received the bonus ink within a week. I like that I do not have to worry with ordering ink as my printer will do that for me! All features work great.

I loved my previous HP Printer, but when it appeared the Print-head went bad this was the replacement I purchased. I am trying the HP "Instant Ink" service for the first time only because of the "Free 8 months of Ink"

The printer itself is excellent the paper store is so thin and flimsy it gets stuck when you’re trying to pull it out it’s very hard to put it back in because that is an excellent

Brought this printer to replace an older HP printer. Like the features for the price and the ink replace the plan is worth while.

I like the printer features. It was a bit confusing until I called for technical support for the scanner which needed new drivers and was directed to not try to scan from the printer but to scan from the desk top icon.

This all in one printer is awesome. Easy set up, color quality is beautiful, feeds well, is not loud when printing. the only draw back is it will not scan double sided pages. Other than than, LOVE this printer

If you have a home office, you might be able to use this machine. But if you have a lot of printing to do this is not the machine for that type of work.

Use to work from home and the company-purchased printer died after 7 years. This little guy saved the day. In stock, easy setup, user-friendly and great value. We also joined the HP instant ink program.

I love my HP printer. It's got amazing features and to top it off i have insta-ink service. They send me the ink straight to my home before my ink starts running out. I don't have to spend so much money on ink.
