It doesn't sit there and take over a minute to get ready to print like my old one did. It's pretty affordable and did not break my bank. Great unit !!!

I am trying the HP "Instant Ink" service for the first time only because of the "Free 8 months of Ink"

I like that I do not have to worry with ordering ink as my printer will do that for me! All features work great.

Easy set up, color quality is beautiful, feeds well, is not loud when printing. the only draw back is it will not scan double sided pages. Other than than, LOVE this printer

It's got amazing features and to top it off i have insta-ink service. They send me the ink straight to my home before my ink starts running out. I don't have to spend so much money on ink.

The Instant Ink program is great and always keeps us ready to print. This was a great purchase for our new work-from-home setup.

It was a bit confusing until I called for technical support for the scanner which needed new drivers and was directed to not try to scan from the printer but to scan from the desk top icon.

But thats about all I can positively say about this very overpriced crappy printer. I thought from the reviews that this was a decent purchase but I regret my decision. I have had problems from day 1 when I first installed this printer.....I thought maybe it was user error but after removing and installing the print drivers (a few times) it still never worked correctly. I try to change the scanner from the glass scan to the paper feeder scan option but it still scans from the glass. I also tried scanning from my computer and it shows the scan went through successfully but when I go to view the document it states that the document is blank.... I haven't had this thing for a month yet and Best Buy refuses to exchange it. Horrible experience from start to finish....I do not recommend purchasing this product.

I can easily understand why the difficult functionality you report and the unexplained blank documents after scanning would be a dreadful start to owning the device. The price was a little bit more then IO wanted to spend but it has all the features I need and it come with free ink. So a win win as far as I am concerned.
