Have not been able to figure out how to set various printing options. Just see standard and good, and they print the same. Love 12 months of free ink!

My old all-in-one printer died. Went to Best Buy and sales associate assisted me in finding one similar to what I had previously with all the multi functions required. Love the new model I purchased.

Great product! The ink is automatically delivered to your home when the ink gets low. Very reasonable prices for ink refill plan..

It’s was difficult to insert the ink cartridges. Have not received 8 months supply of ink. Display for set up confusing and not user friendly. Once set up seems to work ok.

We wanted to replace like for like, because our last one broke. This one doesn't 2 sided to 2 sided copy, like our last one did.

I have a problem with opening the paper drawer. It sticks when I pull it out and I am concerned that I will do damage to it because I have to tug at it to fully get it open.

Prints well, a little slow. Scanner is also slow. Uses ink quickly. Overall good printer that you would except from HP. Ink is not as expensive as some of their other printers.

This works great for our Cricut projects. The vinyl doesn’t jam which helps with the speed of the projects getting completed.

Prints well and works well. It prints six (6) pages of computer language every day and I can not get it to stop or get an answer from HP! It does not print all over the page, just four or five lines of clubs and other characters. I am going to take it back to the store. If I could get the random daily waste of paper to stop I would actually like the printer.

One of the best all in one printers we have had. The "free ink" for 8 months is more than we could ever use and we do lots of printing for home schooling and work projects. Highly recommend this one.

A solid printer but I needed a little more capacity. Would work just fine as a home printer but this as a small business printer didn’t quite do it.

this printer works great but was unable to secure the one year free in that went with this model printer.

The printer has been use for Kids Homework. It has been working properly. There are no issues with the installation and the HP app works wonders. Bery happy with the purchase.

I had the hp inkjet 8610 and it was fabulous. It died so I went to Best Buy and bought this printer. I don’t love it as much. The paper tray does not hold as many papers after printing so it backs up the printer. The ink seems to run out before it alerts you so you have washed out looking projects that you need to replace ink jet cartridges and then reprint which is a waste of paper. I would not recommend to a friend.

Had a model before that I liked much better. Has taken some work to get this setup with my computers. HP support was very helpful. Might should have spent more to get next model up

Good concept (wifi/Bluetooth) when it works. After purchasing it, I had to replace it within a year...a year later the new one starts giving problems... Apparently the printhead is defective...so I was told to purchase a new one! It's junk, so I rather not throw more money into an HP product.

Love my printer! Its great to be able to scan multiple pages at once, especially since I'm doing school online. A little pricey but haven't had any issues with it yet, so it might be worth it.

Had a similar printer for 10 years and it finally crapped out. It was used for business as well as personal use. I expect this printer will last me for more years than I will need. It's working great and it is fast.

Printing is fairly easy, the only thing I don’t like is when scanning attachments they are place separately and not one whole file
