Product is ok for the price paid. Have limitation on the quantity of paper that could be load. Use more ink for page than other printers on his class.

The printer does a good job but we have had issues with maintaining WI-FI connections and sometimes the printer takes a few minutes to respond.

It's a nice value printer. I needed one for virtual schooling. I've only had it for a couple month so I'm not able to review it's longevity.

Works fine now. At first it was giving a bunch of issues to where I had to call HP and stay on the phone with them to figure out.

HP is a good brand. My previous printer model #8710 was better in quality. This one is a little too plastic. I have to be more careful with this one.

It does everything clear & quickly. I wish it had 2-2 side printing. But over all I like the top load feature & speed. The ink program is great!

Set up was not as easy as it should have been but everything is fine now...good image quality. I'm satisfied with the purchase

The only thing I don't like is the print tray. My previous printer opened the print tray automatically and I have to open this one manually.

i have only had the printer 2/3 weeks so far wonderful. so far it has been a great printer. i am happy with it. it has covered anything i have had to do.

Have been using this printer since November and haven't encountered any problems. Purchased because I owned an HP since the eighties and it finally died. Thought I would give HP a try again.

Like the printer. I find that when it get ready to print it’s noisy checked the pin head or ink head. Other than that it is okay. Thanks

Replaced an HP for thus one! The extra ink you have to sign up online and tgey send you once a month and i think you have to cancel after 8 months or subscription continues with charges...

Printer touchscreen keeps freezing and becoming nonresponsive, not powering off even when holding the power button, requiring it to be unplugged constantly. Pros: Prints Fast, Double-Sided, High Quality Documents and Photos; Has Document Feeder; Can Fax if you have a Phone Line.

If your primary use for this is for office use, and your office doesn't deal with printing photos, then this could work well. It can take a minute to wake up, and it doesn't exactly print all that quickly. Scanning can be a little tricky if there's too much paper; ink consumption seems to be able average. I feel photos come out looking a bit too digitized and not all that clear. I would stick to Kodak products for photo printing

Set up was decent, but print quality especially with color prints leaves a bit to be desired, drinks ink like a fish too! Not that impressed overall

Purchased this upgraded model to replace one damaged by a child. Has more functions and is faster than the old one. Have always had good luck with HP printers so we opted for another one.

Its good for casual use and work use, haven't had any issues with the product and the HP instant ink already sent me ink even though I haven't used up mine

Perfect printer for home office! Easy setup! Fast printing!

All in One Printer, We have it for one month and totally works good. It comes with fax but I had trouble setting it up until now but everything else is working just fine.

Printer was a great choice. The fact that I don't have to ever worry about running out of print cartridges is great. The features it has is well worth it.
