Everything went fine with the installation except I needed a printer cable. I don't any cable companies in my area so I had to direct connect to the printer. All is working fine.

It can be a little cumbersome to set up but works good once you get past that point. I do wish the delivery tray was designed different though.

It works excellent. My original printer was the same but it broke down and I needed a new one. It doesn’t waste as much Ink as I originally thought.

The printer is fast and quite in the quite mode. Cartridges are easy to change and ink lasts for a good amount of time. The web connection is good.

The printer works OK. I had a few issues getting it set up. Usually it's done for me.

No problems with this all-in-one. My only regret was signing up for automatic cartridge replacement as a home user.

The printer is good. The instant ink thing works for a while, but when I cancelled and put in the Original HP Black Ink, it would not print with the Instant Ink color cartridges installed. I tried to take them out, and it still would not print. I contacted HP and they said the cancellation does not take place immediately and I can't print until I install the Original HP color ink. This just put a bad taste in my mouth.

This is a wonderful choice for a printer. Easy setup and comes with a couple months worth of ink when you subscribe to HP printing. Great quality overall.

Incredible value for the price, this printers design was well thought out, the dashboard is easy to use, the bluetooth works great . And the print is very nice ,, 2Etech

It has its own email address which is great to use when working from home and you want to print from your work laptop that normally would be connected to a network printer.

My husband an I are working from home during the pandemic and we’re in need of a printer scanner. The ordering process was easy and the machine was exactly what we needed.

The printer is good, just the scanning process is slow.. it takes forever to scan/ copy a single paper. Other than that. It’s pretty good.

So far so good! We keep coming back to the same printers. They last long. We wear through black ink at least once per month. 2 college students and 1 high school student printing.

My complaint is that HP gave me VERY LITTLE in the way of instruction and I had to hire a computer guy to assist me in getting it to function. I first called Best Buy to arrange a”Geek Squad” tech to help me. A very nice young lady did her best to assist me, but I would have to wait 25 days for an appointment. That would not work, however, the young lady completely agreed with me that HP is very short on instruction.

This is the 2nd HP printer we've owned and love/d them both. Our previous one was ancient. Very happy with this printer, no complaints.

The printer works fine. But it has lost connection multiple times. Easily fixed with the press of a button.

Good all purpose printer. I have scanned, printed and made copies without any issues. Seems to use a lot of ink

Copier is quite good. Still having some issues with the printer when I use my cell phone

Owned this printer for less than a week. Wish the start up documentation was better. I had to go online to get the ink program to start. Printer itself does a good job.
