    The prepaid ink heps a lot. I just did not know it was inkjet. I was looking for laser. But it tuned out yo be very good too

    Gets the job done. It was a little bit of a pain to set up but once it was done we’ve had no problems

    This printer is made cheap. The paper tray is made from plastic that feels like it's going to break every time I pull it out and shut it. In order to scan you have to put each document on the glass, the document feeder won't feeddocuments to be scanned.

    Had a 9015 HP Printer which created loud noises when I was scanning multiple pages. Got to the point that it was not working right. Turned it in under warranty. Got this printer and not the best. Similar issues as the 9015. Not very happy with unit.

    This is the 2nd time buying a printer that needs to be looked at buy the geek squad. They do print but they always have problems that I have to call the geek squad to have my printer looked at. I've got a blue light blinking right now on my 8035 printer that no one at the geek squad hasn't clearly explain why its blinking or should it be blinking. The printer won't scan and I can't seem to try to scan while using my desk top. The printer is practically new. My last printer I purchase was about a year old and all thru the use I was having problems. I like the geek squad but!
