    I upgraded from an Officejet I purchased 6 years ago and I definitely like how much smaller it's gotten since but the biggest issue I have with it is that it squeaks sometimes and it's high pitched and annoying at times.

    The scan and e-mail needs to be made a lot easier. That's the reason i purchased it but it is not easier. There are so many ridiculous steps in order to scan and e-mail i will wait until HP comes out wit a 1 or 2 step function like copy this page they have now. How ever long it takes maybe years
