Printer works great for home use. Haven't had any issues

Bought this less than 2 years ago and now it will not print colors. Greens and blues come out yellow (and yellow is illegible on white paper). Spent hours troubleshooting online with HP support. They finally determined the print head was defective. Said there was nothing they could do about it. I asked if I could purchase new print head. Rep said it was very easy to install new one BUT they are not making them anymore so my only option is to buy a new printer! Will never buy hp printer again, going back to Epson.

The following comments are NOT a criticism of Best Buy. Bought the HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 on 12/06/2019. After completing the set up and successfully printing the Printer Status Report and some test sheets from the setup steps, it would not print anything anymore. Only scanning to the computer was working. Spent several hours every time for 4 days trying to get it working. When printing from the glass plate, auto document feeder, from a file or e-mail, sheets with only one character printed, or one to three lines of a random mixture of letters, numbers and special characters per sheet, would shoot out at a rapid speed, stopping only by hitting Stop on the printer display, sometimes only by pushing the Power button, or after unplugging it. Each time 15 to 20 sheets would be wasted. Run trouble shooting several times, Reinstalled the software numerous times, restored factory settings 3 times, with no success. After waiting one hour online for a Chat with a tech support, I spend another hour on a Q/A chat. Conclusion: the printer had a hardware defect and should be returned. Unacceptable and frustrating. After 6 days of wasted time, returned the printer to Best Buy today, 12/12/2019.

Its great for first month. Having issues with constant paper jams. Ink cartridges great plan if they come on time. I bought geek squad having issues with getting appointment.
