Know that it is under warranty but still annoying to get the during tax season and have to scan 10 pages individually. Prints fine. And is aesthetically pleasing.

I bought the printer because it was advertised as having enough ink for 8 MONTHS. Wow! That sounded great! Well, here we are three weeks later and....NO MORE INK after printing only 40 pages. I went back and looked in the box thinking that there was another cartridge ready to go, because sometimes printers come with just a little bit of "starter ink." Nope. So now I bought an additional $150.00 worth of ink just so I can keep up until June (hopefully). Be wary of this product. I'm disappointed. If someone from Best Buy could contact me, that would be great.

I’m sorry to hear that you've not had the experience you expected with the printer, and I'm sorry for any resulting inconvenience. I can understand why your discovery would be quite unsettling, so I’ll offer some information and resources that I hope will help.
The eight months of ink specified in the deal you purchased is not boxed with the printer itself. Rather, it comes in the form of our Instant Ink program, in which HP communicates automatically with your printer to know when it’s out of ink so we can deliver more. I’m not certain why this did not happen, but I suspect you need to sign up for the Instant Ink program for it to start. You can do that here: instantink.com
If the issue remains unresolved, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

The initial set up was extremely easy albeit a little lengthy. The only draw back from this wireless printer is that it's a bit on the slow side even printing on lower quality print. But we are happy with it overall.
