Very happy with this purchase.Easy to use and quickly produces copies.

Seems to work so far but the paper catcher does not come out automatically so copies end up on floor unless you remember to pull tray out. Having some trouble pulling out paper tray drawer....sticks. Don't know if it is on all copiers or just mine. Service person says this model does not have many repairs. A little bit bulky. Wish it had port for SD card. Like the HP smart options. Got 8 months free ink.

First, the only reason I gave this product 4 stars is because we have not owned it long enough to rate it higher. That being said, so far, we have been very happy with its performance: the document feeder works fine, the print quality is very good, the ability to print double sided is a definite plus and using its features has be painless. We are still waiting to see how it comes out regarding ink consumption.

I bought this printer as a quick replacement for a model that was no longer being supported. At the price I wasn't expecting "spectacular" results, but was I ever surprised! The standard document print is crisp and the black is rich. Photo prints and other graphics are vibrant, true to life, colors. The bonus, and the reason I ultimately chose it is that it has native connectivity for HP e-Fax built in and a sheet feed scanner. Total win!

The printer is easy to set up and easy to use. I just needed a new printer and bought this one since I've used HP in the past. However, this printer has a printer door. When I replaced one of the cartridges, the message I kept getting on my computer was that the 'printer door was open'. I checked it and the door was closed. However, it turns out, that the left and right side of the door has a sensor, and the door is loose which means that it's defective. The door is suppose to make a little click or snap sound. Now I have to return it so I can get it replaced--and it hasn't even been 2 months that I purchased it. That 's the one thing HP got incorrect--to add a door. My previous printer lifted from the top and it was really easy to replace the printer cartridges. The new one now has an extra step to replace the ink.
