No real downfalls of it other than the price. Price Feels a little steep for the capacity its used for. This would be great for a small business printer scanner and copier but a little to glorious for an at home one. But it makes work so much easier to print scan or copy.

It was also easy to set up the printer. However when I tried to use the automatic feed to scan multiple pages, it did not work. Additionally, when scanning, the printer did not give me an option as to what format to use, unlike the previous model of the printer.
