HP 8035e printer

Very satisfied with the support. Printer in service for over a month. Low volume printing. Satisfied with print quality. Replaced a 13 year old HP color printer that still worked but had difficulty obtaining replacement ink cartridges.

Good printer for occasional use

I would not recommend this printer for business use as it does not have duplex printing or a tray for scanning. Doesn't hold much paper either. Print quality is good. Printer speed is average. I use it to print about 15 sheets per week.

The accessibility for cleaning and maintenance by way of lifting the entire top is so much better than prior model by HP. The quality of the prints with how fast the color speed is makes this purchase even better.

The Printer is Good but Trays Are Loose and Flimsy

I wanted to upgrade so I bought the 8035e. The only thing I am not happy with is the trays. They are like don't fit. WhenI pull the tray out or push it back in, the paper tray as well as the tray above it for catching the papers when the come out after being printed. Both of those trays were like flimsy and gets stuck coming out or going back in the slots. Very frustrated. Feel like the tray is going to break any moment. Unlike the HP 5P, that printer and the trays were so solid that they stay with me for over 15 years before it dropped at the door steps when we were moving. The new printers are not made as well as the old ones.

Adequate and reasonably priced unit for low volume printing with two sided print, document feed, scan and (unnecessary) fax. Easy wireless connection and setup. Too early to evaluate the newer ink system.
