So far the printer is good, haven't used all the features like fax and much scanning but I think it will work well for my small home/office business. I do notice that the paper tray doesn't open and close that easily and seems a little flimsy.

Fits our printer needs but the paper tray seems a bit of a challenge to open and close. Pretty flimsy...at one point I was afraid I would break the tray if I put pressure on it to close or open. However, overall it fills our needs

This printer is absolutely perfect. Small in size but awesome. Best feature is the plug and play technology. All I had to do was plug it in and add paper. It found and added my WiFi, guided me on setting up my hp account for automatic ink delivers. In less than 5 min I was done.

This printer is great for small businesses. I use it to make product labels, prints, marketing materials, plus it scans and sends fax. I love how it comes with free instant ink for a year.

Printer was easy to connect to my computer. Works great, lots of value for the price. I also took up the offer on the ink for the printer. Ink delivered to my address no more hassle to buy ink. The printer orders the ink as needed. Scans, copies works great.

This printer was difficult to set up at first (downloading and negotiating proper software settings etc). Once set up complete it’s been great! Prints from my phone and laptop without issues and quality of print is good overall...

Had a hard time following set up directions. Instead of pictures, it would have been helpful to have some written instructions. Initially printer jammed, but now it is great. Very fast and clear. We like identification option when copying.

Great printer quality wise! I have not ran into problems. Setting up was super easy; I even downloaded the app for mobile printing. I do not recommend the instant ink. It's a rip off if you ask me. Ink is already included when you buy the printer, but do not purchase the instant ink.

The printer is easy to setup wireless or with printer cable. I am 66 years old and I was able to set it up wirelessly. I can print from anywhere. It is pared with my laptop and my phone. However, you will have to purchase the cable separately if you prefer connection to your computer.

This is a second printer for our home. Easy to set up and get on wi-fi for multiple devices. Very inexpensive for all the features included, but just a bit cheesy in terms of materials and design. Still for the price, well recommended.

I am very impressed with the quality of the printer and it's speed. The only problem we had was the paper feeder on the top of the printer had some paper jams when we attempted to use it. Otherwise, it is a great printer.

Great printer. A very reliable product. I am very satisfied with this printer. The quality of the printing is sharp and clear. It is easy to follow the icons in the window. I am not a high tech person so this item suits me fine. It is not a complicated piece of machinery

Set up was easy and intuitive. Nice that it monitors ink levels and can sign up for convenient ink delivery. Not too bulky. I use this for printing and scanning.

Good printer, easy to set up, easy to use, foot print could be smaller since is a home printer and cartridges could be more user friendly to set up. The orange handle is quite hard to remove and then set up cartridges inside printer.

Love this HP All-In-One Printer. I will definitely recommend this printer to friends and others. This printer has nice speed, excellent print quality and the double sided feature is great.

I loved this printer. First I thought it's so small like How to print? How to scan? How to make copies? But when I started using it, it's really great. Loved all the features and would recommend it to everyone of you. And it doesn't take much space.

I am extremely pleased with this printer. I am under the instant printer program so that I don't have to worry about the cost of the ink. I am an entrepreneur and need quality printing pages, and this printer delivers! I can scan, fax and copy. Great buy.

I traded a larger, more expensive for this printer. When I made the exchange, the young lady who assisted me was awesome. When I showed her the picture of this printer she stated "oh you'll love this one". And I do. It was easy to set up and so far, it's done a great job for me.

Very pleased. So far have used it just to print. Set up was a breeze with my new iMac because of Geek Squad Agent Kevin G. here in San Diego.
