HP needs to go back and redesign the paper tray. It is not user friendly. Hard to pull out enough to add paper. Even harder to push back in. Keeps catching on something in and out. Almost impossible to take all the way out and then to get back in.

Really nice printer

I also do not appreciate having to download the software for the new printer, especially when it took several tries before I was successful with the download. Seems to me that anyone who produces software can continue providing their product on CD/DVD or even on USB media.
