Easy and quick to setup. Threw at it a test color print and it spit out a fairly quick color print. Well done! It's a keeper so far.

So in love with this all-in-one. Makes great copies. Scans so quickly. And I love the paper tray and pull out paper catcher!!!

Instructions for setting up were very easy to follow from the from panel of the printer. It guides you right through the process.

Easy setup convenience with instant ink and scanner

Boughtbthis to replace older pronter. It works great. Automatically updates itself and was easy to set up and use.

I like this printer but the first one started acting up. It wouldn’t print and I kept getting an error message about the ink cartridges. HP did a great job of trouble shooting and then they replaced the printer. I had only had the printer for four months. So far so good with the replacement.

I finally retired my old HP printer after many years of hard service. Why did I go with the OfficeJet Pro 8035e? Besides the good form factor and HP reliability, The one year of free ink was a big reason. Another benefit of buying an HP+ program printer is the free eFax service. That was a great bonus that saves me money sending those occasional faxes!

Worked well for approximately one year to the date of purchase, right after the manufacture warranty expired. Then cyan color would not print on color and support was limited for these devices. Also, if you get involved in the Insta Ink plans for initial 8 months be prepared for them to shut off your printer remotely….unless you sign up for Insta Ink with a credit card on file, you will remain without a printer until then. I’m not sure if you can replace cartridges and restore with store bought ink. Also, the support is weak when problems arise and the virtual agent is frustrating at best for issues - very basic I.e. new, return, request new ink cartridge. It was good until it wasn’t.

Great printer for my needs and price is reasonable. I always buy HP and I wasn’t disappointed this time either.

Printer works fine when it operates. To get it to respond consistently it must be unplugged from the wall and re started. I have had three new HP printers with the same issue and HP helpline can’t come up with a fix

Would have been 5 stars; however, I didn't not like the fact that you could not finish the printer setup up without subscribing to "Instant Ink." If you choose not to subscribe, you have to go back to the store and by a different type of ink cartridge. They don't tell you that, and I had to call into tech support because I kept getting an error during setup, but it never said I had to subscribe.

So happy to have this printer that stays on and I don't have to go to another room to turn it on every yime zip want to use it

Easy at home machine. The only thing I don't like is having to change out the paper in the try for photos. Wish it had 2 paper trays.
