    I brought two of these printers, one was bit from best buy, but both had the same problem and that is that the print heads are defective. The printers leaves horizontal lines in pictures, clipart or photos print out. I tried cleaning them and nothing worked.

    The trays feel very light and cheap, like you are breaking the printer when you change paper. I have already had scanning issues. It will print fine wirelessly from the computer but says there is no computer connected when I try to scan.
