Easy to use, works nicely. One downside is that you can’t scan 2-sided to 2-sided. Would have to copy the document to one-sided pages, then scan it.

This printer is extremely easy-to-use. HP makes it easy to set up. Im happy with my purchase and think this printer will last long.

This replaces an older printer I had but did not have air printing capability. The new unit has been very convenient for printing items from my IPad that I may be using in another room.Quality and service support has been very good.

This is a low-volume, inexpensive printer. It’s slowish and noisy. Software and hardware both take a while to load and respond. Do not use cheap paper, it jams. Scanner is ok, again suitable for occasional use and single-sided docs not more than 5 pages. Supports wifi printing, printing from phones/tablets which is useful. I like the monthly printing options HP offers as it makes budgeting for ink cartridges easier. I would recommend this printer for someone who just needs occasional printing and scanning, and needs something that doesn’t take up too much space.

Installation takes a bit of time but once over that, the printer works great. Printing is extremely fast and quality is excellent. Wi-Fi connection is easy to set-up. HP offers several ink plans which appear attractive but have not decided on one yet.

This replaced a Brother laser printer that kept losing wi-fi connection. This is easiest wi-fi connection ever and the ink program is a plus. Miss the quality of the laser but love the reliability of this machine.

2 years & still works great! I was reluctant to get an ink subscription but it has worked out great. Easy to set up & very dependable.

The printer started off working fine - after over an hour of installing it with a tech from Best Buy Geek Squad. After less than 1 month, the printer stopped printing in color - very disappointing. After another 1+ hour of help from an HP tech, it finally started printing in color. I also have trouble with the paper tray - not built very strong and hard to slide in and out. Not real thrilled with the printer.

Great printer/fax/scanner. I often work from home and this works wonderful. Meets all my printing needs including double sided.

This printer replaced an HP printer purchased in 2007. It is somewhat simpler to use and works satisfactorily. The Best Buy personnel recommended purchasing a new printer rather than trying to repair the old one, and I believe that was the better choice.

Ordered online and was delivered promptly. When setting up the printer I discovered that one of the setup ink cartridges was defective. Thus I could not complete the setup. I had to call HP and get a replacement cartridge sent to me at my expense. I realize this is not the fault of Best Buy but the fact that I had to be without a printer for an additional four days was inconvenient. I would be helpful if retailers had access to replacement cartridges. Better yet it would be great if "setup" cartridges were not even needed. The printer works great and would recommend it.

This is the best printer I've ever owned and I've owned plenty..... superb quality graphics and print. Glad I purchase THIS one!

Purchased for my home office and this gets the job done. I had been searching for one for awhile and die to the pandemic everywhere was sold out. I lucked up and found this one and I got it at a great price. I highly recommend.

Works well! A bit slower than my previous HP printers. Feels like a toy printer, but the colors are so cute.

The set-up instructions were not clear; I had a little difficulty figuring out the paper feed. When I added the paper and turned it on, then over 20 pages were pulled into the printer at one time, and it was difficult to take the printer apart and get the stuck paper out. I had to first use a USB connection, then activate the wireless. Once I downloaded and ran the HPEasyStart software, then the rest of the procedure went well. The instructions were also not clear on which drivers were needed. HP was quick at sending the first free set of ink cartridges.

Easy to use, Good quality printing The casing/printer exterior doesn't look as professional or as sturdy as the older HP OfficeJet printers that I have had, but the ink program and the price make it a good value.

This has been a very good printer and scanner. Easy to setup and use. Especially like the ability to print by sending an email. We are also trying the "Instant Ink" service from HP and has been working quite well so far.

Functional - light weight, very economical on ink usage! Printer does everything I need it to do. For the price, you cannot go wreong with this printer.

I bought this as a replacement for my HP 8710, which is discontinued. This printer is slower and a little noisier. The print quality is good. I would have bought another 8710 if it was available.

Easy set-up for wi-fi as well as Android & iPhones. Great value for the money spent & ink cartridges are easy to install & replace. Like most printers, ink price is costly.
