All the printers that I have purchased through the years were so loud. This one is first printer that I have purchased that is not LOUD. There is still noise but not as intense.

Poor quality Printer from HP and Best Buy

I thought this would be comprable to my last HP printer but definitely the quality standards have lowered as this printer feels very flemsy..light weight and easy to break plastic door on the front. The printing is okay but it constantly after a few pages will have streaks and/or will have a paper jam occur. Some pages will come out fine and then you can hear paper being wrinkled/crumpled as they come through and they are torn, crooked and streaked. The paper tray is difficult to remove and put back in the printer and it feels like it could break easily plus the paper guides do not hold the paper in place. I would definitely not recommend this printer when you consider the price as it actually (for a smaller printer) cost more than my previous larger HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 printer which worked very well for 4 years until the ink started leaking out that came from Instant Ink and caused an issue with the Printer Carriage not being found and then saying there was a paper jam which there was not, it was just the ink problem but it ruined the best printer I ever owned.

      Hi there.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has performed so poorly. It’s no surprise that you’re so upended, considering the device has improperly fed paper and rendered prints of poor quality, and that you had a far better experience with your previous HP printer. I want to help you remedy this situation, so I’ll offer some resources aimed at making that happen.

First, I suspect that the paper-feed problem is causing the print-quality issue. That said, I can’t tell from your review whether it’s happening at the document feeder or inside the printer. If it’s the former, I recommend referencing the steps in this document to troubleshoot and avoid paper jams:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06262856

If the problem is with the document feeder, you might gain useful information from this guide to feeders that pull through too many pages at once or fail to pick up paper at all:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01728503

If any problem persists, I suggest you contact us directly so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. I’ll point out that HP+ printers come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:
      - hp.com/plus-help

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
