Very happy with sales knowledge in the store when we shared what we were looking for. This printer has not disappointed. Very happy with this for our home office.

my HP 6030 series went down and this was on the top tear of what I needed. It's a great scanner and photocopier but I dislike the paper tray and how hard it is to open.

The printer works very good with the Wi-Fi settings. The print quality is good. The seed I great for what would be needed for in home printing.

The reason that I only gave it four stars is because I can't get the scanner to work correctly. I have been scanning photos and the only way I can do it is if I do it using the computer. I can't just stand at the printer and us the touch screen. I've used the HP Doctor and have reinstalled the drivers several times and it still won't work correctly. Error message says it can't/doesn't recognize my computer.

Easy to use responds well and quickly to commands only draw back is a little slow on the start up other than that I find it very good

i purchased this , to replace a 15 year old HP. it is very simple to use and connecting it to my network was a breeze. Pages print very fast for a printer of this price range.

Great multi printer for home office. Purchased the ink plan so we don’t have to worry about running out of ink. It is shipped directly to the house.

Printer is great - color is great. It was easy to install and has a lot of functions plus paper tray holds 250 sheets of paper. It is worth the price.

Has great print quality. Not as fast, nor as quiet as our last HP which is kind of disappointing. Works well overall.

Print functions exceed expectations. Scanning is mediocre. Only allows a max of 300 DPI.

Prints amazingly for a home printer. Fast printing. Is a little louder, but with the quality of paper and picture printing it’s definitely ok.

I like the printer and had no problem putting in ink and paper as directed and aligning the printing. I did have trouble reaching the right online site for downloading driver software. One site was bogus - a Hewlett Packard fake. When I got the right website, I had a little trouble setting up the printer to work with a USB cable instead of wireless. I also had trouble with the automatic ink ordering process and will just buy ink from Best Buy as needed. The online purchase and curbside pick-up worked well.
