Good Printer, wonky wireless

Desktop hardwires (ethernet) no problems at all. Laptop goes through all the steps to connect and then says it can't. No explanation just no connection. All the steps (and there re a few) and still no printing. Tried mobile, same problem. Haven't tried tech support yet but shouldn't be that difficult. 8 months free ink is great, we'll see how that works out.

An alright printer

Its recent update changed my ability to print smaller size photos off my phone. Now i have to go on my computer, hence why it lost a star. Otherwise, it a pretty good printer
