    Opened straight out of the box and turned on and it says there's a paper jam. We haven't even put paper in it. we had a previous model for 5 years before the ink stopped coming out right and we were hoping it was going to be good too

    Works perfect hooked up to 5g internet only problem some ink cartriges dont last very long and the is very expensive

    I have been using HP printers for along time and they keep getting better and better. I opted to not use the AI right now, that technology scares me a little. But the quality and speed of the printer are great.
