    Set up should be so easy... yet I still needed assistance. Now, it usually works, but I'm having an uncommon number of times it is reading offline (likely the internet, but it's the only device I see problems with). I'm still trying to figure out if it will scan a small stack of papers through the feed.

    I have a preference towards HP printers. Bought another brand and ended up exchanging for an HP of the same price. That said, this HP one was more difficult to install than prior models. I had to call the Geek Squad for assistance; something that should be a no-brainer, like keeping the power cable into the unit (keeps coming out). It does print "crisp" letters and pictures, however.

    The only problem I seem to have is the printer disconnecting from the wifi but that may be a computer problem I haven't figured out yet. Set up was a bit tricky to.
