Printer is awesome!! I love the double sided option!! Notifications are great!!

This is replacing an older OfficeJet printer, of which I was fond. This is a very good printer, and is a little easier to use overall than the older one. I am seeming to have trouble printing from another floor in my house sometimes, so I need to contact the Help desk about that. Otherwise, all is great.

Easy to use. Fast printing and great color. Ink lasts a long time.

Did not give five stars. This was a replacement for the same model that was less than two (2) years old.

I like this HP product. My last printer was an HP. Had it for several years and had to upgrade due to the software.

The new HP printer is easy to use, and easy to maintain. We like it.

My husband and I are in our 80’s and extremely technically challenged. The instructions to set up the equipment and apps was easy to follow and resulted in quick start up. We have had a slight learning curve but have been very satisfied with the quality and speed of machine.

We are senior citizens not tech savvy but this printer was easy for us to use.

I switched from Epson to HP because my dad had one and loves the ink coming straight to his door. After a month, I've already had them and me more ink. This is much quieter than my Epson and prints like a dream. It was easy to set up, as well!

For the pricing does absolutely everything I need for everyday printing. Easy to use and reliable. When paired with the instank ink program, you can’t go wrong!

I usually like to wait a little while after buying a product so I can really test it out and get a feel for what the product is like. I bought this printer at the end of August 2025. At first, it was a wonderful printer. I had no issues and it quickly and without issue printed for me. It was a little annoying that I *had* to print using the HP app when printing from my iphone, but otherwise a nice printer. It is now February 5, 2026, not even 6 months from the time I got it, and it has been giving me a "cartridge or account" error every time I try to print. I saw my payment method was about to expire so I updated that but to avail. I tried everything the website said to try, then decided to do a factory reset. It is really and truly dead now. It has been stuck on a loading screen saying "preparing" for 30 minutes, and after restarting the factory reset, it still just says "preparing." I know printers don't normally last longer than 2 years, but 6 months just seems wasteful and poorly designed.
