Great little printer. Printing starts pretty quick and quality looks good. Setup was fairly easy as well.

Easy set-up without calling the grandkids for help. Does a quick and very good print job. Replaced an earlier, similar model with which I had no problems, so this was an easy choice. Great value for the money.

I was looking forward to trying this Hp printer because my Hp Envy is old, and I needed a printer that would be more efficient for my current project I am working on. It took an hour to set up the printer because the instruction lack vital information as to what was needed to do. I was able to set it up, but when I tried to go online to downloadingthe software, I was unable to get the product to install on my android phone. I was only able to test the copy directly from the printer. The cartridges are very small, and the print feeder is too small and not automatic. The paper ends up falling out of the tray. I do a lot of printing, and I believe that I would be needing ink replacements weekly. I also found the quality to be poor. It was mostly plastic. I would not recommend this model to anyone who needs a reliable printer. Since i was unable to use the machine as it was, I had to return it. I hope their other models are more reliable. I never thought I would give any HP printer a negative review. I also was unable to give any photos or videos because it didn't work. My current printer is not working.

Easy to use, Still learning how to use it to the max

Great quality printer, easy to setup and operate. WOuld highly recommend.

I had a problem installing the printer. I chatted with the HP rep who only wanted to sell me Norton. I contacted the Geek Squad who installed the printer in a matter of minutes. It prints well and I am pleased with that function To copy is another matter. Eventually it works. Overall I am happy this product.

Excellent…best value for the price. Easy to use. It does everything it claims.

Ink does not last long. Great for home use. I use it in my office.

Very good printer, and do everything I needed to do

Works mostly like the first printer. Seemed to have trouble with HP Smart, but like the HP Scan feature.

It was a very easy installation. The print is more than excellent.

I had more problems getting the computer set app than I expected. sometimes prints find not a problem. other times it doesn't want a print. doesn't recognize my settings. My paper size and things like that. tells me do something technical which I don't understand so I can't do it. need the making structures a little bit clearer than sending me a brochure with a bunch of pictures on it and let me try to figure out what they're calling me.
