    Does the job for as long as the warranty last! I would have preferred the new add your ink model , but it did not have the options I required . Last model 's printer head lasted three years. Cheaper to buy a new printer. Customer service was more interested in selling me a new printer and ink service than admitting these printers will not last much more than their warranted period of time.

    Once I was able to get this set up, it works like a charm. Just a fyi if you purchase this one please contact HP directly to set up as it is difficult to do on your own. HP is great to work with and they take over your computer and do it all.

    Can't print directly from MS Word or any other everyday app as I was acustomed to doing on my old printer. I print to a file and after turning my computer off and back on again I get my prints, even 2 sided. In searching the internet, there is definitely an issue between this printer and everyday apps. Very disappointed. Copies fine, b&w or color.
