To show and complicated to set up. Need continuous help setting up, like the old attaching the cord into the laptop.

Seems clunky, is slow to start, initial setup was difficult,

I‘be only had this for 6 days but, so far, it’s a great printer. My old printer died and I decided to buy an HP. The only negative that I have is that you can’t use after market cartridges.

No problems encountered. Just still learning operation.

The connectivity on this is not so great. It's hard to connect to and it's hard to keep it connected to the internet.

This is the second one I have had. I love it!! It does everything I need with speed and accuracy...

SEeems to be working fine but I only had it three weeks.

Handles all of the work we need it to do. Smaller than our previous all in one printer. Very helpful support to set up the new printer. In store staff was very helpful also.

Great small printer. Extremely easy to install and connect wirelessly to computer. The small display screen is easy to use.

This printer worked well for about a month, and then has been nothing but an expensive paperweight. Originally, I was able to connect to my phone but never my laptop. After about a month or so, it disconnected from my phone and now will not connect to anything. I have tried customer service (not helpful) and troubleshooting but it is absolutely worthless.

Problematic in setting up. Geek Squad could not help and gave me a phone number of HP customer service. I called them and had extreme difficulty in understanding them. Also disappointed in the quality of "HP Smart", the app interface for the printer. Slow and very unprofessional designed, especially compared to the Epson Printer I had previously

It takes forever to print. I have to restart it every now and then because I get a weird error message. Looks good once it does print. Don’t waste your money

I have had some trouble getting it to print from my PC and my IPhone.

So far (two months) this printer is working well. It has everything two retired, home based people need in basic printing and scanning operations.

Great for at home, every day work and school printing.

Was all good until it broke i have insurance but still it didnt last a year

Printer works fine. Deserves 5 stars; however, the amount of ink represented was not true, and with minimal household printing, 2 Colors ran out within 4 weeks.
