I do a lot of scanning and this printer is unusable if you want to save anything that looks professional. It works fine when scanning on the glass, but every page has a vertical black line going through it when scanning through the feeder. Unfortunately, I missed the return window, so I'm stuck with it.

Unable to connect printer to Insta Ink Account

HP insta ink agent was having problem getting my printer connected and transfer my call to another agent. The call dropped and he closed out the work order online. Now will have to start over with another agent. Ink cartridges are low and will have to pay out of pay to complete my project.

Once I hit the print button, you can hear it moving back and forth for at least 5 minutes, sometimes it prints, sometimes it does not. Sometimes it prints in color, sometimes it does not, yes I hit the color tab but still no color. Try printing from my phone, i select the printer for the picture, then the wheel spins, then tells me no printer selected.
