    Can't print directly from MS Word or any other everyday app as I was acustomed to doing on my old printer. I print to a file and after turning my computer off and back on again I get my prints, even 2 sided. In searching the internet, there is definitely an issue between this printer and everyday apps. Very disappointed. Copies fine, b&w or color.

    A good printer, once you get to know it a bit. Initially we experienced some issues with the printer ink cartridge, but one we figured it out all went well.

    The item makes copies, and prints from laptop but will not print from any mobile devices which is the primary reason I bought it to do...it says it's ready to print but you go into the HP Smart app and it continues to state unable to print...I spent 6 hours total with support and they couldn't figure it out...tried to blame the device, however my old printer which was an HP8600 Office Jet worked fine with all our mobile devices. So IMO the printer is useless and I would avoid getting it if you want to print from mobile device

    Printer is rather big. I constantly have to reboot it inorder for it to do wireless printing. I would have returned it, but I was 4 day pass the return by date.
