    The item makes copies, and prints from laptop but will not print from any mobile devices which is the primary reason I bought it to do...it says it's ready to print but you go into the HP Smart app and it continues to state unable to print...I spent 6 hours total with support and they couldn't figure it out...tried to blame the device, however my old printer which was an HP8600 Office Jet worked fine with all our mobile devices. So IMO the printer is useless and I would avoid getting it if you want to print from mobile device

    Beware of store sales staff who don't advise you of all the HP "e" models that you must subscribe to the Instant Ink program to allow the printer selection window to become functional. If you don't purchase the wasteful plan, they lock out the printer function window—shame on the sales staff, who are more focused on a sale than on helping a customer. I will be returning this model for the Brother MFC-J4355DW.
