This has been most frustrating one to date. The screen is small and slow to respond. I canNOt hook it up to my Samsung Galaxy S22Ultra phone. It will connect to Ipad abd desktop wirelessly, but not S22Ultra. Spent hours on phone with geek squad and then HP to no avail. Now working with cell phone provider. It is compact and it does a great job of printing. I have used ink service before and that worked great. Trying to decide if taking it back as I do have to print fom phone at times.⁹

Apologies for the bad experience.
We'll like to suggest using HP Smart app to connect the printer with the phone.

I’m able to print copy, & scan with this printer and that’s all I need. I set it up by myself without probems.
I would recommend this to a friend HP is my choice yet again!

Set up was a breeze with the phone app as well. Good home or small office unit.

HP - Office Jet Pro

Just wished it had 2 trays since I print a lot. It does the job and was a good value.

We fortunately bought an extended warranty so BBY replaced it for this one. Nonetheless I very satisfied with BBY and HP.
