    This wi-fi connected printer is excellent! Small enough to fit on top of a file cabinet with all the convenience printing, scanning and copying. Very pleased with it

    We are glad we bought the warranty. The original malfunctioned and then the replacement did also. So far the "newest" one is still running. But it was difficult for us to set up and it is very slow.

    I have had this basic model before & loved it. Retired felt more then needed, boy was I wrong. This is a great, unit. It covers all bases won't make that mistake again. Very pleased with all types of printing out put.

    This printer is reasonably priced and works well. It was fairly easy to setup. Replacement ink is a little pricey but most printers replacement ink are pricey.

    I've used it and it appears to be about the same as my last printer except it doesn't take as long to start up after it \'s been sleeping or shut off.

    Compared to my previous HP printer this printer takes a few seconds to actually start printing. Don't know reason for the slight delay. Other than that it prints OK......

    My last Office Jet Pro lasted about 10 years. If this one lasts the same I will be very happy. Prints are very clear and colors accurate. Only drawback is, I was told by BB employee that I could copy two sided sheets using the paper feed but found out that was not true. Since we use that feature a lot I am somewhat disappointed in this printer but the glass feed works OK.
