Prints faster than the previous model. Only cons is that takes long to progress a document that is being received from a cell phone.

Great home office printer and scanner. We use this all the time, combined with the HP+ for printing service.

I’ve been using this printer for a while now and honestly, it’s been amazing. It works exactly how it should—no weird errors, no paper jams, and no random connection issues like I’ve had with other printers in the past. Setup was super straightforward, and printing is always fast and clear. Whether I’m printing documents, photos, or scanning stuff, it handles everything smoothly. It’s reliable, consistent, and has never given me a single problem. Definitely one of the best tech purchases I’ve made!

A little trouble getting it to connect to my new HP laptop but once my son figured out how it has been great

It was easy to setup, so far so good it doesn't takes up to much space and it prints well from my desktop computer

It's nice printer. Good features and quiet. Had some problems getting things set up because no instructions came with it. Seems like a simple thing to include.

I like the quality of the printing. However, I have a problem with it that I have not been able to resolve. During using my computer to write a document, then, when I want to print, I often have to troubleshoot the printer before it will print. No reason given for this, but it is irritating. This also happens when I first boot up my computer in the morning and want to print something. The printer fails, and I have to troubleshoot before I can print.

Nice printer! Styling is sharp and the size fits easily in an in home office. Print quality is sharp. Easy to follow setup and installation guide.

Love my printer. It was just a tad bit hard to set up but once we got it set up and going, it works great and the print is excellent!

Prints fast & efficiently. Paper loads on the bottom, you just need to pull the tray out. Once you figure how to set the printer up, it’s an efficient printer. Printing speed is fairly fast and the ink supply is sustainable. The only con with the printer, is that it’s kind of large for a smaller space if space is a problem in your room or office space.

It's reliable for smalls jobs and practical things u need to print. Don't expect loads of jobs out of this one. If u need bulk to sort something out this ain't the one. For quality it's here though

The hp OfficeJet Pro 8135e printer produces excellent prints. It was easy to setup with a few small online network issues involved. Looks great and is one of the quietest printers I've owned.

THIS PRODUCT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO MAKE WORK TO ITS POTENTIAL, ALOT OF TIME SPENT (HOURS) TRYING TO GET THE SCANNER TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE COMPUTER. VERY FRUSTRATING, BUT NOW THAT IT WORKS, I ENJOY IT VERY MUCH. IT IS DOING EVERYTHING NOW THAT I BOUGHT IT FOR

Easy to use printer. Works just fine. Set-up had a few hick-ups.

works great and its easy to use and helps me in my ofice work

Easy setup. Only issue encountered was updating bios, which required hours to accomplish, along which directly connecting the printer to the router with a RJ45 Cable. Otherwise, great printer for reasonable price.

The only complaint I have is the noise, and it takes a while to connect. It works great I would recommend.
