Excellent Printer, easy setup and functionality is awesome. It stays n Wi-Fi and doesn't get kicked off Wi-Fi like my old printer.

It prints and copies so yea, it's a nice printer. It's a decent value also.

Mid printer. Sufficient for occasional use. Pros: no paper jams so far, prints fairly fast. Cons: Frequent connectivity issues and ink level inaccuracy.

I have had this basic model before & loved it. Retired felt more then needed, boy was I wrong. This is a great, unit. It covers all bases won't make that mistake again. Very pleased with all types of printing out put.

Takes a long time to get the printer printing. Also, it makes a lot of noises while it gets ready to print. However, when finally printing the result is very good, including colors. Amounts of ink in the cartridges is way too little and cartridges are way too expensive. On our previous HP printer the print catcher would pop out automatically when printing something. This new 8135 does not do that so in you forget to release it manually the paper falls on the floor.

Much better than the Epson that I bought TWICE and it broke down. My HP has better color that looks great. Now let's hope it last longer than my Epson Eco Tanks!

I have had to write this post four times. My phone keeps resetting. Anyway. The printer is great. For some reason the signal to print is blocked and it is unableto print. It says it on the HP system. Even to scan. Yet when I get on the phone with IT. It prints and scans. I went and brought another printer. Same exact problem. So, its not the printers.

Excellent printer with great quality! Printer drivers can be out of sync at times but good printer overall!

This wi-fi connected printer is excellent! Small enough to fit on top of a file cabinet with all the convenience printing, scanning and copying. Very pleased with it

The printer prints nicely, but still trying to figure it out. Unfortunately the 2 installers didn’t explain the proper way to use the items available. Disappointing!!!

This printer is reasonably priced and works well. It was fairly easy to setup. Replacement ink is a little pricey but most printers replacement ink are pricey.

We’ve had this printer for several weeks and it works fine. Set up was fairly easy.

My last Office Jet Pro lasted about 10 years. If this one lasts the same I will be very happy. Prints are very clear and colors accurate. Only drawback is, I was told by BB employee that I could copy two sided sheets using the paper feed but found out that was not true. Since we use that feature a lot I am somewhat disappointed in this printer but the glass feed works OK.

The installation went smoothly. Materials to be copied are done so in a very quiet manner, and quickly. The printer is used for copying items that require or we want to a hard copy. It fits neatly in the area in which we want the printer.

Wonderful investment on a wireless printer that every household needs whenever you need something printed out, or copied. Easy to use with just any cellphone in the house
