The original malfunctioned and then the replacement did also. So far the "newest" one is still running. But it was difficult for us to set up and it is very slow.

Retired felt more then needed, boy was I wrong. This is a great, unit. It covers all bases won't make that mistake again. Very pleased with all types of printing out put.

Worthy upgrade

Perfect Printer for home use

If this one lasts the same I will be very happy. Prints are very clear and colors accurate. Only drawback is, I was told by BB employee that I could copy two sided sheets using the paper feed but found out that was not true. Since we use that feature a lot I am somewhat disappointed in this printer but the glass feed works OK.
