Good stuff to work with print pictures fast and good

This new printer is working great!! I moved and had to changed the placement twice and it’s still working!!!!!!

Nice printer for the price. Its not the fastest printer, and the screen is kinda small, but it definitely does the job for what i need it for.

Good printer Needs bigger paper tray for feed and printed materials. Runs out of ink quickly.

Once I got it up and running, it's fine. The software download took a long time and was confusing as to whether it was finished. I don’t like the way the reciever for the paper comes out, it's flimsy so I can't leave it out for fear someone will accidentally hit it. Overall it performs well, faxes great. Replaces a more expensive model that was over 10 years old which may explain why I'm not totally happy. For the price, under $200, it's great.

I like the features of this printer plus the size being that it’s for home use and the fact that I got a year of free ink. It’s a win-win for me! I highly refined this printer.

Was recommended by 2 people I trust. Seems I should reconsider taking advices. Device will be returned after 3 days of use. I have no time to understand reasons for issues and will only give it second chance tomorrow 1. Printer is slow to load 2. Printer is slow to copy. My first two pages copy was done in 2 minutes! 3. Pre scan gives you blur images. I don't get it completely. Now scan itself can't complete for 4 minutes in a row. 1 scan! 4. While it states 20 ppm, device is much slower 5. Devise, while being new, came in damage package. Have a feeling it is a used device 6. On a second day printer is slow to be recognised by system, doesn't print from PC and doesn't create pre-images. Multi errors that hang the system. Frankly, I didn't expect such poor quality from HP. the only good thing about it - it is relatively small

Good copy quality. I've had to reconnect a number of times due to dropping connection to WiFi but am satisfied overall.

We purchased a different brand printer and returned it. It was difficult to use and the "help" was not helpful. This HP is great. It is easy to use, prints quickly and directions are clear and easy to understand.

We have had this printer approx 1 month and it is performing great. It took us a while to get it installed because we did not know to have both my computer and the printer on our wireless network, but we got it done. The biggest surprise is we can now scan hard copies to pdf's using my computer and the printer's software and then save it on my computer easily. When I had to upgrade my computer, the Adobe Professional software I had used for years was lost because Adobe discontinued the server needed to register it. The software worked fine on the computer, but since I could not register it as an individual license as before, I lost use after 30 days. Adobe's answer to this was to buy one of their subscriptions for hundreds of dollars a year. With this printer, I am independent of needing that.

Fast and very efficient printer. Very easy to use.

This printer was a breeze to set up. The print quality is excellent. So easy to use. Well worth the money. Just a great all around printer for a home office.

The instructions for unboxing and installing the ink cartridges was easy. The printer setup was very easy as well using the h/p smart application. Only issue was after 2 weeks of use, printer unexpectedly lost it's drivers. I had to have them reloaded from h/p on line help.

Excellent quality of prints, but the setup was kind of complicated.

Old printer was giving me problems, was old, always by HP because easy to use, connected smoothly, works great.

Needed to upgrade the HP printer that I had that I was very happy with, because I needed to have dual-sided scanning. This machine is very good and the instant ink cost alone that is included with this makes it well worth the purchase. It pays for itself with what you will save on ink in the first year.

Contacted HP to help me set up to run properly and was given excellent care. Great customer service. Printer has been running very reliably since. Very nice print quality and good copy quality as well.

It is user friendly specially to those that is not really good in technology like me.
