It’s a nice printer but… The touch screen is very slow. It takes so long to get to a certain menu. You have to use the screen to go to the WiFi to connect it.

2days just to get it printing to find out it will only print black & white using the USB connection (and this using the GEEK SQUAD on the phone, and telling me I WILL HAVE TO PAY MORE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG). BOTH ARE RIP-OFFS!!!!!

I have been an HP user for years. This printer does not connect to Wifi. Its EXTREEMLY DIFFICULT to setup.

Had to call HP customer service to get the 1year free ink, app didnt work during printer install.

The right printer for us and the right price. AND it has 12 Months of free ink. HP ships the ink directly to your home. The cassettes have more ink than the retail ones. HP teck is easy to use and reliable. if you need assistance.

Good printer, good styling. It is somewhat slow. Overall very nice.

Fast printer, No lock to keep 8.5" x 11" paper in paper tray, issues with finishing the download of software top a Mac (HP says it was finished but my Mac showed it to be unfinished). If you could live with that display on the HP Smart app, you can still operate it.

Works good so far. Have only had for a week but seems good for regular printing. I'm not printing any photos. Just office and home paperwork.

can't complain was a replacement works well think it will last a while

Bought to replace my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025. Please with how similar they are EXCEPT for the scanner. Scanner quality leaves a lot to be desired.

It's a good multi function device however, make sure the firmware is updated before you try to use it. That's the only issue.

Works great, all the functionality I was looking for. The instant ink is fantastic! I love not having to worry about if I have ink on hand when I need it.

Printer was set up by Devon, but it does not scan. I paid $100.00 to have it done, I thought a new purchase is set up free. Apart from that, I purchased the Geek program, It did not seem to cover the installation.

HP is getting back to a regular machine with this HP Officejet. I'm pleased that it has a front panel for picking options. Seems well-made. Overall, great machine.

The worst. Doesn’t work and then it does. Called Geek Squad about 10 times. Too late to return. I have to shut it down and reboot to hopefully connect with my multiple devices. Very disappointed. I had a HP printer before for years and never had an issue. It should not be this hard to print. Will never buy another HP again.

Great printer. H P printers last for years. That is the only brand printer I will buy.

Reliable and comprehensive printer/scanner, etc. A little more than we wanted to spend but worth it.
