Easy setup

Only part I should have realized that it came with a year of free ink and I had purchased a 4 pack of spare ink at the same time. I hope my ink doesn’t expire before I need it. That’s happened to me before. My prior printer lasted 10 years. Hopefully this one is similar in quality.

Unit lost all contact with computer. Contacted HP support which fixed problem quickly via remote hookup and over the phone. Good customer service. No further problems to date. Printer has great paper capacity for size and is easily serviced for Ink replacement.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This printer is great I like everything it can do I had Geek Squad set it up everything works fine except I can't print from my phone Geek Squad was in twice and I couldn't make it work they were talking about an internal problem with the printer I don't know they said it may have to be returned if they can't fix it I have another appointment with the Geek Squad coming up hopefully they'll be able to rectify the problem

We'll like to help. We'll suggest updating the Printer firmware to resolve printing on phones or Tablets as well overall reliability of the printer:

After updating the firmware, use HP Smart app to setup and connect printer to the network.
