My old HP all-in-one died after nine years of good service. This unit was on sale, so I grabbed it. I am completely satisfied. It does everything I need in my home office. It was very easy to set up, and it is very easy to operate. It is larger than my old unit and has a massive, sort of "Darth Vader" appearance, but it still fits fine on the old printer stand I have used for at least 15 years. I really feel like I got my money's worth.

So far I really like this printer. Easy to set up and use. Wireless works well. I have used the scanner several times, haven't used the fax yet.

Excellent printer. Was looking for a 3 in 1 for this price. BUT, a good 3 in 1 that does what this one does was twice the price. Love this printer.

The touch screen on this printer can be defective. The one that I took home from Best Buy had a defective touch screen and I had to return it, Beynod that it has been a good buy. I'm impressed that it scans from the document feeder and assembles them in to seamless pdf's. The print cartridges that came with the printer have lasted longer than I expected also. That's nice.

This printer is very easy to use and fast! I love the apps function to print out fun stuff for the kids to read and activities to do!

I bought this mainly for the scanning features. Stand alone sheet fed scanners are more than I cared to spend but I purchased this for less than half with the print features. The prints are clear and fast. I have not tried photos yet, but Consumer Reports gave this a solid rating. The estimated cost of ink is lower too. In my experience if you buy a cheap printer expect to pay it's cost over and over again within a short time in ink costs. The wireless printing works well, including printing from mobile devices.

I was shopping for a laser printer because I always got better ink life and speed with lasers. However after listening to my reasons for wanting a laser, the salesperson directed me to this printer. I must say that I was skeptical, but decided to try it. I am extremely pleased! It prints quickly and beautifully, with true duplex printing. It also has e-print and air print. Ink usage is much better than with other ink jets I've had. It's all the benefits of a laser in an ink jet. I would definitely recommend.

I bought this for a lab of computers used at my church. The computers were donated and with varied versions of Windows so I installed Linux on them since resetting them all with current Windows licenses was not an option. I tried printing from these machines to a Brother and Lexmark printer, and both failed. The HP drivers had no problem at all (even duplex). I could also print to this printer from my iPhone or iPad. Very impressive all-in-one for the price. Got it on sale for $129 at Best Buy.

This printer combo is great. We love the option to scan multiple page documents without having to place each page down on the scanner separately and the wireless printing ability to print from our phones or computers from anywhere in the house. Cartridges are a bit expensive, hopefully they last for as much printing as they say they do!

I had been wanting a a replacement for my 7 year old HP Office Jet 7210. I finally settled on this model for my replacement. It has all the features I was looking for and more. Plus, at a lower price, than my old Office Jet. Since the store doesn't normally carry it in stock, the associate was able to order it and have it delivered to my home with no delivery charge. For the past month, it has performed as I expected it would, without any issues! It is a great printer for both home and office requirements.
