I purchased this printer because I got a new computer with Windows 8, and of course my old printer wasn't compatible. After using this for a month, I can say that it's a great product. The print quality is great, and prints documents quickly, even double sided documents.

I use this for both documents and photo printing. It is awesome! And the added bonus is that it faxes too which my other photosmart didn't. Scanning and copying great too which I had before. It is an awesome printer, prints faster than my other one did and fits my needs.

It was recommended by the store manager because i had another hp printer but the ink cartridges kept drying out. He showed me this one and it was on sale and he recommended it. The ink cartridges seem so much better....tired of buying ink cartridges. Also very easy to use

Overall, Fantastic Printer. Same slow start-up time, but great otherwise. Networking is much better. Nice, neat appearance. Great price for everything it does. Great Auto Feed Scanner much better than the old ones. Does everything it is supposed to do & looks great...

Great printer: On screen setup walked you through all the steps. Fantastic for my parents who are technically lacking. Cons: the wireless detection took an extremely long time and the touch screen is slightly off which made it difficult to walk through the initial setup.

This is an excellent printer. The printer is fast and of high quality. The only issue I have with the printer is that every time I restart my router or the power goes out the wireless setting on the printer has to be setup all over again including enter the encryption key.

I have had the printer for a little over a month and I have been very satisfied with the purchase thus far. It has a lot of features to do everything I need for my small business and it is affordable most importantly. I am looking forward to see how it holds up long term.

I needed a wireless printer for my laptop, and this is a great printer. The printing is clearer than my other printers, and the setup was easy to follow with step by step instructions. Definitely a great printer.

Great printer at a great price. After my previous HP of 10 years finally needed replaced of course I went for another. Though I have not been able to print on photo paper due to the feed, I accept that it could be operator error as everything else has worked amazingly!

I like the option to print in draft form and double sided for most of by documents to save ink and paper. I can save this option for either B&W or color on my MacBook Pro. There are many options for scanning as well. Printing is fast enough for my personal needs.

I really like my new wireless printer/fax/scanner. I am trying to keep more of my work electronically and love the ability to scan double sided documents. It is much larger than my old officejet - I had to find a new spot for it, but it's wireless so it can go anywhere.

Some problems trying to hook up to other printers but other wise is a great printer.

Overall I'm very happy with this printer. I haven't used all the features yet, but the ones I have are good. Still need to figure out scanning directly to a file on my computer (assume it does that.) Hope it's maintenance free and dependable for many years ... time will tell.

I am very pleased with printer. In the store them helped me pick it out. Quality for the price is great. Multiple feed and eprint I use all the time from iPhone, iPad and windows computer. I am still using original starter ink. I am not using fax on it at this time.

We bought this printer to replace two other all-in-one printers with spotty [at best] performance - one was wireless and would print somethimes, and not others, and one that was apparently too old to connect to my computer... Straight out of the box, this printer impressed me with the ease of set up - not to mention the duplex feature - why that wasn't a selling feature on the outside of the box I'll never know, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover it, and it's easy to use as well. Buy this printer!!!

This is a great printer for the price. Print, scan and fax all-in-one. The wirless connection is flawless so far. It was somewhat of a pain to get the software / drivers installed on Windows SBS 2011, but installed on the workstations easily. All-in-all a great buy.

Had our last HP printer for over 11 years. Was a great printer. Reliable, produced good copy, toner lasted a reasonable amount of time. We expect the same or better from this printer. Expect toner life to be improved and print quality is better. Again, so far-so good!

My last printer was a Kodak, but the printing quality is much better with this printer. Cartridges cost more, but the ink seems to last longer. Very happy with it.
