This is a great all-in-one printer, scanner, copier, fax. It meets all of our needs and expectations.

Bought this printer for printing school documents and power points. Prints documents fairly fast and is still printing in the demo cartridges. Ink costs more but seems to last longer. Copies are clear and good quality.

Key for me was wireless, good scan capacity, large paper supply and photo quality printing. I am satisfied with the results.

This printer is great. Got a good deal on it and its like my Old printer but on steroids. Does every job significant faster, and with much better quality. I use it often for photo printing and document printing.

I purchased this because I heard it was very efficient on ink usage. But what I didn't realize was hope easy it would be to set up and start wireless printing. Plus, the quality of the printouts is very high.

ePrint is really cool - i can now print from my phone! The printer is fast and quiet. Prints and copies look great. It was super easy to set up and use. Rock solid WiFi connection has been a pleasant surprise.

After setting up the printer, I couldn't get it to work. After spending a good while on the phone with HP support, trying lots of things, they suggested sending the printer back to them for exchange. But I took it back to BestBuy instead. Once there, I stood in the Customer Service area for a good while waiting for a rep, finally I was told to stand in the Geek Squad line (even though I wasn't seeking Geek Squad service, just an exchange). Very confusing! But they actually got it working, and it was a problem with something that needed to have been removed from inside (not specified in the directions, that I could tell). Also, printer doesn't feed well with heavy weight (card stock) paper, so you can only give it 1 or 2 sheets at a time.

I recently switched to this printer after years of using my Lexmark printer. The wireless function is the best option I have seen so far. Print speeds are phenomenal. I would recommend this to my friends.

It works as advertised and is easy to set up on my network. I had a question about the phone line, called tech support and they had the answer. The control menu is intuitive and makes the unit easy to use.

Prints much faster than other printers I have owned and produces clear copies. Ink replacements are comparable in price to others. The need to re-set it frequently after it turns itself off is rather annoying.

Very economical. Lots of features. Touch-screen makes it easy to operate but wireless connection is fickle on ours and on our family member's also (identical printer). All features don't always work smoothly.

I use this printer in my business which involves a lot of printing. I like the document feeder for scans and copying. Fax seems to work well and was easy to set up. Ink use seems OK for an ink jet printer.

An excellent printer for the cost it has all the features of much more expensive and larger printers, yet fits nicely on your desk. Wireless printing from phones and tablets is a handy feature and saves time.

Works well, easy to set up. Only thing missing is scan to email: miss that. Otherwise its a decent printer for the price.

This was not the first printer that was recommended because it was a little larger than the others and a little more money. It does fit easily on the desktop, is lightning fast and prints beautifully.

I've been using HP Officejet printers for years, and this one is just as good as previous models. Got it at a good price. Using it on a home network with both Windows and Mac computers. Can also print from iPhone and iPad. The one drawback is that the physical controls feel a little strange since it is all "touch" based. There is a small color screen, and to the right are additional "touch" buttons that do not appear until needed. This means all of the controls on the printer are touch based, which can feel a bit disconcerting (kinda like a smartphone, without any home buttons or volume buttons) and sometimes doesn't recognize a key press. I don't use the controls on the printer much, so this is not a big issue for me.

I made this purchase awhile ago and I can honestly say that it has been one of the best purchases that I've made. Everything works beautifully. It is simple to install and operate.

Great business (or personal) printer for under $150. Does double-sided directly without needing me to re-feed. Quality is great and speed is very good.
