This was not the printer I intended on buying! I wanted something smaller to print mainly photos but this printer was the best photo quality so I can deal with the size. The HP guy at Bestbuy even let me print a photo from my phone to different printers so I could see the difference. I think that's what sold me. I've used this to print documents also. It's a big machine but does a great job! This printer was easy to set up. I love how easy the wireless is! I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase!

Needed a new printer; have been happy with HP printers in the past, so bought a new one. The printer, prints, copies, faxes, and scans so it does everything I need. The setup was easy and the printer is easy to use.

Overall a four. Dislikes are noisy at start up, oversized, photos are adequate, 4 cartridges mean more expensive to print. Likes are ease of set up, scanning is good, printing in B&W is very good. Price was right

This printer is fantastic - it connects via internet which I love!! No Cords! I have the original $10,000 office printer which takes up too much space & expensive to run so I love this new Printer - it runs fast, easy COLOR & of course black ink cartridges, duplexes for easy front & back printing, scan directly to computer or a thumb drive inserted into the printer, fax capability you name it - it is the Perfect Printer and FABULOUS price point! Everyone should own one.

When discounted, this printer became my first choice for an office printer.After receiving it, I realized that it was necessary to keep changing regular and photo paper. in the one paper tray provided. After purchasing a second tray, the problem was solved. The photo print quality is even better than my previous Photo Smart machine. When reading reviews of this printer, several people complained about the second tray not working correctly. If the manual is carefully read (pg 31), you will see that the second tray should only be used with regular paper. Putting photo paper in the top tray solves any printing confusion. This printer is expensive but is usually discounted making it a reasonable purchase.

Bought to replace a similar printer from 8 years ago (in as much as they could be similar anyway). I'm not a technology-geek but the capabilities of this printer are incredible, especially at this price point. The set up was actually pretty easy given the complexity of the device. Follow the directions and pretty much anyone can be successful (after all, I did it). Love being able to print from any device in the house. Also, the print speed is really nice for such a small printer. I think it was a great buy so far having used it for 3 months so far.

I love this printer. It has a lot of great features for the price. This model has wireless print capability (connects to wi-fi) and is easy to set up. It also can make copies from the top tray load like much more expensive copiers. Scans come out great. It is good on ink as far as I can tell and finding more ink is not hard and shouldn't break the bank. Sometimes after the printer sleeps for a long time it seems to lose connectivity to the network. You can also email documents to this printer after you set up an email address for it. Very high tech.

Great wireless printer. Easy to setup and install. Very fast printer for both color and black and white. Bought it specifically for wireless printer from my iPad. Works like a charm.

I've purchased many all-in-one HP's, but I particularly like the wireless feature. Makes printing much easier. You can work in one room and don't have to run into the printer room to hook up. The printing cartridges are a bit pricey and the size of the printer is rather large and bulky.

This printer is perfect for home use. Our office is in the basement but with the wireless connection we can print from our laptop upstairs. Prints quickly and quietly and the quality is very good. We've printed 5X7 and 8X10 photos and were very pleased with the results. The remote printing feature came in handy the first week. Our son sent documents to our printer from his home 1200 miles away! Great printer for the price.

I found the product to be easy to set up and use. Love the wireless access. Made a few photo copies and they were excellent.

This is the best printer I have ever bought, and it was only $150! Prints fast, very easy to set up, Wireless feature is great, and I can even print from my smart phone.

It was on sale at a great price, has excellent print quality, easy to set up and easy to use. I went to Best Buy planning on purchasing a different model. After checking out the other model and comparing it to this one, the other model was easily eliminated. This model is very easy to get to the ink cartridges. It is an excellent design and was easy to start using right away. I highly recommend this model.

We've only had this printer for a short time, but it has operated very well. It provides very good quality print output and has operated very smoothly. Scanning, copying is great. Duplexing is very convenient and has worked nicely as well. I also like the large capacity paper-tray. My one complaint is that it too frequently wants to realign the ink cartridges. I have the option to ignore the request, but is an annoyance.

I read several reviews before I purchased this model. It is a low cost color printer that does duplexing. Print quality of documents and photos is good. Still working on the starter cartridges, so I can't comment on that. Haven't tested wireless printing as of yet.

Best printer investment I've ever made. This printer comes with all the necessary software, and is very user-friendly. It features many options as far as being able to print, scan, fax, and copy via wireless connection of just about any device (computer, mobile device, tablet, you name it). Additionally, scans can be saved in a number of formats (pdf, jpg, etc.) to just about any destination on the network (wireless device, sd card, etc.) Overall, this is a fantastic printer.

Would recommend it. Easy use, Easy to set up. Price was good and used points to buy it as well. Prints easily, scans easy and would recommend for business and personal use.

I replaced my office computer and was dismayed to find I could not get drivers for my old printer for windows 8. I needed a printer and fast. Well informed tech at Best Buy helped with this choice. It was easy to set up and on my network. I send faxes, copy, print and scan, all with ease. SO glad my old printer was no longer compatible. I am a senior. If I can do these things any one should be able to.

I bought this printer about two months ago, and it was a fantastic upgrade over my previous HP printer. I always had problems with my previous printer's wireless connectivity and it was noisy and slow. The Hp8600 has neither of those issues. It goes into a very low power sleep mode when not in use so I can leave it on all the time and it is always ready. Then it prints really fast. I really love this printer but only time will tell how expensive the printing cartridges will be and how long they will last. and only time will tell about reliability, but so far this printer is a very printer for the money.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. It is wireless. It took us less than 5 mins to install. Prints on both sides of the paper. Prints photos nicely.
