Not sure if it was my upgrade with Windows 10. I have an HP Envy m7 laptop, but would not recognize the downloaded drivers from HP. Called geek squad 3 times within the first month so they could fix issue and would take 2-3 hours! 3rd time they took 7 hours and they even gave up saying it was hardware issue. Printer prints great, can print fine from my other devices (iPad,iPhones) over wireless network, my laptop however won't print through the wireless network. Loved everything else about the printer, but will have to return since I primarily print from laptop.

I love this printer! I had the previous model but this one is better because of the new, larger screen. You can actually accurately type in the name of your files when you scan them. I am happy with this upgrade!

Initially, I was looking to purchase this combo for a month..Once I received the email from Best Buy that it was only 99.99, I jumped at the chance. Almost a month later I satisfied. The only thing keeping this from a five star rating is that nothing is perfect.

Setup by myself in 45 minutes. Love the functionality. May have overbought for home use but no regrets. Wanted something sturdy & multifunctional. It delivered!

Easy to set up and have on demand ink service. This printer scans, faxes, copies and prints easily. Good quality.

I use this printer regularly and have purchased two of them. The first one I've had for a year and it just now needs ink . I'm ver happy with it and have purchased one for my daughter for her home business.

MY 1st wireless printer and I love it, Print quality is good. Speed is good. Price was fantastic. It is a little bulky though

Easy to set up. Prints clear, concise pictures and documents. Overall great printer!

this printer is very easy to use and the picture are very nice and is very fast to print copy scan and use in the web.

Great printer. I had the 8600 at work and purchased this one for myself. The 8600 is easy on ink, so I hope the 8610 will do as well. Only time will tell.

had another printer for many years ,if I did not use it frequently I would have to clean the print heads which would waste ink and have the hp at work and did not run into that issue so I got one for home.

Had to purchase up to date printer for Windows 10 operation system since my old Lexmark printer didn't work with new Windows operating system. Went with HP since they are the leader in printer technology.

Printer is exceptional. There isn't anything I don't like about it. Had an Epson XP-410 for less than a year and there wasn't anything I liked about it. Also purchased Instant Ink from HP. I'm in printer heaven.

Ok, Not the best model HP makes in this class but good enought for a small business, as I am. They have changed the look and feel of this staple and it does appear more boxy than sleek but it gets the job done.

printer works great online and with wifi the ink program was a joke though-I have not ever received any ink and paid the 2.99 as seen on my invoice..i registered online as requested also at later date joke!

Very pleased with this printer. Works great, easy set up, paper tray holds large amount of paper. My only objection is the screen seems low on the printer and hard to see and use unless on a very high stand.

Very easy to install and setup. Was ready to use in minutes. The quality of the printing was better than expected.

The printer has been great on ink. It has quite a few misprints in any application. I've had to save documents as png pictures to get it to print correctly. It also has color pooling when printing pictures. It does not remotely come close to the colors it's supposed to print when it comes to pictures. If you want a cheap printer with high yield then this printer is okay. Stay away if you like printing pictures.
