I prefer this printer model as I am a huge fan of HP and I appreciate the convenience of service and sales I can access via my local BestBuy store. They have all the accessories I need to keep my home office efficient and effective.

Instructions easy to follow to set-up printer and add to wireless network. When software installed it automatically goes to HP site and downloads and installs the latest software.

This has been a great printer for daily use. Allows us to print from our iPads, which saves time.

Since my wife and I each now are officing at home we needed a higher volume printer, especially since we were going thru ink cartridges almost daily. This one fits the bill perfectly.

We purchased this printer because it was networkable. We have anout 7-8 employees printing to it rather consistently. So far we are pleased with the performance of this printer.

So far the quality of printing and scanning is very good for home use. Also very easy to setup and use.

I can't think of anything bad about this printer. I bought it when my old HP died and have never regretted out. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good all in one.

This is a great printer. The only con is the size of the footprint. Great ink usage. Have 1 at home and 1 at each of my 3 offices.

it's a good unit for home use in my opinion. I got what I expected for the price I paid. The touchscreen for feature navigation is a little small, but it works surprisingly well.

This printer is amazing! It is kind of big but it is so fast! and i love how I can print from my phone!

Works great and produces clean copies and prints. Easy to understand. Has a nice screen to select your task from. Like that it holds a larger amount of paper than most printers.

Easy to use with wizard to help set every detail just the way you want it, including scan to folder on your computer. Has individual ink cartridges which is good. Scanning is somewhat low quality, but does the job for home use.

Bought for my husband. He loves it! Very cool but a little difficult to figure out the workings of someone not real tech savvy. Wish the picture taking option was done directly from watch but other than that we are happy!

I purchased this printer on sale. It's a little big, but was easy to set up and works great.

This particular purchase did not live up to the previous Office Jet Pros I've purchased. I purchased this for a friend who has a small office with very light printing requirements, but this particular machine has been a let down. It drops it's wireless settings on a fairly frequent basis and needs to be reset, which isn't good for people with limited skills in setting up their equipment. Even hard wired to the network, it frequently has problems communicating with the computer on a consistent basis. I have another of these machines at my office that was setup by a tech pro to the network, which seems to have far less difficulties, but paying someone to set up your printer seems a bit excessive. Additionally, if the machine sits idle and a new print job is sent, it takes far too long to reset itself to ready and rolls through the "please wait" sequence for a significant period of time. Another drawback, specifically if someone is using the machine for a variety of purposes that require you to change out the paper, is changing paper types. Previous models you could just lift up the tray lid and slide in your paper. This model you need to push back the tray guard, which is slightly more sturdy than the 8600 Pro, pull out the tray, replace the paper, push the tray back in and then reset the tray guard. From a convenience point of view, it's not very. As other reviews have stated, it does have a larger footprint which, if you've got the space, is okay. It is a slow scanner if you use it for that, but the machine does print fairly quick once it gets started and I've had very little jamming issues. Also, I have to use the scanning app instead of just pushing scan on the machine to scan which means you want the printer close to you or you'll have to get up and go back and forth if there is a scanning issue. I'm disappointed because I've always had HP printers and been very satisfied with them, but this one really seems to have missed the mark. It will get the job done, but not in the quick efficient manner it should and seems to make some things more complicated than they need to be.

Great home printer! First time using a wireless printer. Prints fast. The scan and fax features work great. Easy set up and install!! No problems connecting it to my home Wi-Fi.
