Customer Ratings & Reviews

I really needed a printer that could print two-sided and had a paper feed for scanning and copying. Really happy with the performance, speed and quality of the printer. The only downside is the paper feed does not always feed the paper straight and I've noticed my scans/copies are slightly crooked.

Printer is a good one but it keeps kicking off line and of course it does it when I have to print in a hurry.

This printer is very havey duty and all people in ofice are using this printer

The printer works perfectly every time and is quick to print. Have no trouble in printing photographs or normal work. Love the selection of apps with the variety allowed when to print and what to print.

My computer prints clear, when you fax,you fax from the printer and can not fax from your computer & your computer doesn't keep memory of your faxes because it is not programed to do so. you have to fax your own cover page. because it doesn't show. Get monthly plan for $2.99 for 50 copies is worth it.

I have this product in my office and my home. Very pleased and simple to use.

Works well but temp controller is in back of unit and very difficult to change, why would anyone put it there?

does a wonderful job would recomend this for anyone looking for a printer.

I needed a printer that would occasionally make copies, and this printer has worked quite well. I only rarely try to print pictures, so I can't say how good those would be, but I've been very pleased with the quality and speed of documents and booklets I've made for homeschool and personal use.

Works good great price old one died other than not printing pictures it's fine

This is a great printer, copier, fax, scanner. Haven't as yet encountered paper jams as is the case with most printer's. The copies are clear and sharp. The unit does not seem to be an ink hog either.

I like the way it operates. The machine does exactly what it says it will do.

we seem to always pick up the all-in-ones because of functions available, I would recommend this one as well.

Has everything I want in my home office. I don't have any complaints at all.

Excellent home printer, capable of connecting to ipod and ipad as well as pc.

Had a need for a printer when my old one decided to stop working. Came across this one and since I only needed a basic printer the price for this one was perfect. Can not believe how many features this have for the price I paid. Definitely a deal

I had the 8600 printer and the 8610 is just the newest model. I enjoyed the 8600 and the 8610 is just as great!

I'm enjoying this printer more than any I've owned before. It was a great buy.

I've put eight of the 8600 series All-in-one Printers in my various officers, homes, and apartment complexes and have not have ONE problem with any of them including the initial offering of the series nearly six years ago. We plan to put eight more of the 8600s series in our new four large apartment complexes and offices currently under construction. These are great peripherals, an I hope. I hope they continue the new revisions series of the 8600. As is stated in many of the latest consumer magazines and online reviews, they are always on top or near the top. If they should discontinued, I'll have my employees hit every store until they securethem!! HP, Please keep them in the lineup. Ken

I got this to replace a Kodak printer which was advertised as having the least expensive ink on the market. I really don't agree with that. Although the ink is sold, the printer is nowhere to be found. The HP 8610 is fast and clean. It is ideal for my use.
