Live the convenience and reliability of having a color printer fax and scanner all in one. I researched before I bought and this was one of the highest rated printers.

Good product, as I expect from this MFG. The set up was easy. The price was good. This is the 2nd wireless all-in-one I have purchased from them; no complaints.

Was disappointed with the duplex scanning as it does not turn page automatically. Requires manual page turns. The 8600 model does a better job at that.

I purchased this printer a while ago. It has been very reliable. I use it daily and have not had any issues.

I would have given it 5 stars but it has been discontinued by the manufacturer. If you can find it cheap in a clearance sale it might be a bargain.

Not Outstanding but not bad, the scanner could be more than desired but no trouble printing, owned 4 as a business for a year now no jams no errors.

Our last printer was also an HP. It was slow and frustrating. I didn't think I would buy HP again but I really like this printer. It was easy to set up and looks nice. We have only had it for a couple of months but it is fast and the documents look really good. It is great for our personal needs. It qualifies for "Instant Ink" I love this concept. While we haven't had to have our 2nd set of cartridges sent to us yet I am elated that someone else keeps track of when we need more ink :)

Paper jams very disappointing and time consuming. Prints well on one side.
