Will NOT Print On Photo Paper

There is a reason it comes with a program called, "HP Print & Scan Doctor", which did help but it still took several hours. It will NOT print on photo paper. I have tried 2 brand named photo paper (not HP) and it will not print the entire pic on PHOTO paper, even using the exact same settings.

nice multi printer
