Good printer for small businesses

I can copy, scan, email, fax and print and it did cost an arm and leg. The toner use is average and the cost is on par with others. I have had no issues with its software and the hardware seems to be o.k. It should be good for about 3 to 5 yrs of use. By then I will hopefully need a larger machine.
