Very good printer for the price and has all the options that I need

The HP 8610/8620 All-in-one Printers are awesome products and provide a single source device that provides several business and personal applications. It is very easy to set-up and get running with the enclosed disc. Great product. In fact, going to by another for another location. Sale discount was good too.

Prints quickly with good quality but constantly feeds multiple sheets

I love this printer. I didn't realize what a convenience a USB port for thumb drives would be until I got one on this printer. Now I get all annoyed whenever I use any other printer with out this option when scanning directly to a thumb drive would be much easier.

This printer is slower than my previous Epsom and uses a lot of ink

I am very delighted with this printer. I has so far been rock solid in its performance. I hesitated to buy another HP because I had so many problems with the previous model...but I made the purchase because of the great sale (including rebate coupons). My confidence in the HP brand name is being restored.

I was looking to buy ink when I talked to the sales rep and found out that there was an HP printer on sales that had a much better reputation for ink usage. I got it home and set up and love the way it works and the amount of ink that it uses, which is less that the old PhotoSmart printer.

Easy installation, including wifi and software. Good size paper tray.

This printer is great for office work. My fiance and I both work from home and have used this to print a large amount of paperwork and fliers. The scanner is decent quality, but is not for high quality photo scans. The scanner is great for sending paperwork with signatures instead of faxing. I have not tested the fax feature of this printer yet.

Overall setup was OK. Having issues with the wireless setup. But I like the features and layout.

This works great and very simple to pair! I recommend this to anyone!

Good price easy set-up even for a non computer person like me

I researched lots of printers and found this one along w/ a couple of others to have the features that I wanted. While visiting Best Buy, I asked one of the sales associate for his opinion. He was quite knowledgeable and pointed me toward this one as the best bang for my buck. I appreciated that.

Researched online and then went to Best Buy, once in the store I spoke to a clerk who recommended the HP printer. I also spoke to a friend who had purchased a similar printer. I found a better price online and bestbuy matched it while in store so I got a great price and printer.

The printer has been used frequently during the setup of my home based business and I like the features. It has worded flawlessly except for some interference with the wireless capability caused by the location being to close to my wireless router. Great unit and I would recommend it for others.
